My approach to movement

My approach to movement has been shaped by a curiosity about how people experience their bodies differently. I believe there is no one size fits all approach to movement, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for all. A space grounded in choice and autonomy that invites you to meet yourself wherever you are at, knowing this may look different from day to day.

My teaching is inclusive, with consideration for different learning styles, sensory needs, and ways people experience movement. I focus on helping you move in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and suited to your individual needs — whether you’re wanting to feel more connected to your body, working towards specific goals, beginning your Pilates journey, or refining your existing practice.

My teaching is grounded in the Pilates principles, with a focus on quality of movement, awareness, and control. This means slowing things down when needed and building a positive relationship with movement that supports you long-term.

What you can expect working together

I help you move in a way that works for your body. My approach is adaptable and aligned with your capacity. My work is trauma-informed, with a focus on safety, choice, and individual needs, while also considering a whole person perspective.
