Service Description
A personalised, self-paced Pilates program designed to support your body, goals, and lifestyle over six weeks. Together, we create a movement practice that feels supportive, sustainable, and adaptable to your individual needs and capacity. Suitable for all experience levels, including beginners, those returning to movement, and people seeking a more supportive and individualised approach to Pilates Programs may focus on: Strength and stability Event preparation Mobility and movement confidence General wellbeing and body awareness Includes: Initial consultation and in depth discussion A personalised Pilates program tailored to your needs Video demonstrations and/or written guidance Recommendations for pacing and frequency A mid-program check-in to adapt for any changes to needs, goals, or capacity. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy We understand that plans can change. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, please note the following: Cancellations & Rescheduling You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your booking time using the link in your confirmation email. Changes made with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no cost. Late Changes Changes made within 24 hours of your session may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. Missed sessions (no-shows) will be treated as completed and are non-refundable. Please send us an email and we will do what we can to assist. Running Late If you’re running late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other bookings. Technical Issues If there are technical issues on our end that prevent the session from going ahead, we’ll reschedule you at no cost.
